Rough & Sketch
I'll propose poses, composition, and expressions through a rough sketch. Up to 2 revisions are available at this stage.

Line Art & Coloring
Line art, coloring, and finishing based on the approved sketch. Revisions are generally not accepted after the line art stage, though minor adjustments may be possible. Major changes will be quoted separately.

Delivery
Final files will be sent in your preferred format (PNG, PSD, JPG, etc.). Feel free to reach out with any questions after delivery.

FAQ

Is commercial use available?
Yes. Use is permitted within the scope communicated at the time of inquiry. For secondary use beyond the original purpose — such as merchandise or product licensing — an additional secondary use fee applies. Please specify your intended use and scope in advance when contacting us.
Who holds the copyright?
All copyrights remain with Sainyan and are not transferable. Delivered files may be used under a license (permitted scope of use) agreed upon at the time of commission. For use beyond the agreed scope, please contact us separately.
How many revisions are included?
Up to 2 revisions are available during the rough and sketch stages. Revisions after the line art stage are generally not accepted. Minor adjustments may be possible — please feel free to ask. Major changes will be quoted separately.
How does payment work?
For individual creators, full payment in advance is required. For corporate clients, invoice payment (NET30) is available. Payment terms are flexible — please feel free to contact us.
Will my commission or artwork be made public?
We prioritize commissions where the artwork may be shared publicly (e.g. on social media or in our portfolio). Non-disclosure is also available, so please feel free to reach out. We can also accommodate projects that require a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
How long does it take from inquiry to delivery?
Delivery time varies by project, but typically takes around 2–4 weeks. Depending on the complexity and current workload, it may take over a month in some cases. Rush orders are welcome where possible, though a rush fee may apply depending on the schedule.
